    3 weeks and the pool has yet to be opened. Hallways are still unfinished, painting and patchwork everywhere. Only 1 working elevator. Mail/packages are getting lost since the address is not on all maps. Building does not lock from parking garage Units are nice but public spaces are not ready

    The Riverstone At Palm Beach is a very nice and gorgeous property. The staff and management team is amazing, knowledgeable and attentive. The property is newly built so everything is in great condition, apartment has very nice finishes, the property has a big and pool lounge area is relaxing. Resort style living -Ashley M.
