March 14, 2026I gave this a 4.5 rate ,due to management changes with the front office . Everyone is new here . I’m always receiving emails about non smoking , patio inspection. What management needs to do is focus on working with having the gate fixed . It’s unprofessional. Another thing the trash situation . Residents are lazy and leave the trash area dirty & disgusting. Non residents who don’t live here park in the spaces where residents live here .Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2026I like it, not too shabby at all. The place looks nice and feels comfortable overall. Everything seems clean and well put together, and it has a good vibe to it. The layout works well and makes the space feel open without feeling empty. I like how it’s simple but still looks good and welcoming. It feels like a place you can actually relax in and feel at home. Nothing really stands out in a bad way, and everything looks taken care of. It’s not over the top, but it doesn’t need to be — it looks ...nice just the way it is. December 30, 2025My experience living at this community has been challenging. While the location is convenient, there have been ongoing issues that have made living here stressful rather than comfortable. Parking has been one of the biggest problems. There are often no available spaces, which creates daily frustration and uncertainty. This is not something residents should have to deal with on a regular basis. Maintenance has also been inconsistent. Although requests are sometimes addressed, problems are not ...always fully resolved, which leads to repeated issues and unnecessary stress. I appreciate the staff’s politeness, but communication and follow-through need improvement. I believe residents deserve a safe, functional, and reliable living environment. I hope management can take these concerns seriously and work toward real solutions that improve the overall experience for current and future residents.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2025Overall , the place is great. Love my apartment. It’s a pretty lively community, especially on the weekends. The parking can be really stressful and constantly worrying about tickets, waking up early to move your car, or even racing home hoping to find a spot is a big headache. but other than that I love the pool , and still need to check out the gym!Review from Apartments.com
