Not safe place to live

No security cameras or security guards on grounds at all! Far way too much theft! Tenants have to buy cameras to put up to protect their own homes and property because the property owner refuses to put security cameras up on all gates and buildings. We have had shootings and stabbings here too. People gotten hurt here.

This apartment complex is the best in the High Desert. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, well-kept and affordable. The staff is awesome! Rose has helped me countless times. She also helped me find a comparable place to live when I relocated for another job opportunity. If I would have stayed in Victorville, I would have stayed with Riverton!

Extremely poor decision making on the part of the Idiot who decided to wait till nearly 100• weather to close the pool and spa when we’ve had dry enough weather since January 2018 to complete any so-called renovations that unless make the pool and spa special need accessible are in my opinion point less but if that’s the leadership found at Riverton my regards for all.....

Amazing staff, community, and experience.

I had been looking around the High Desert for an affordable and pleasant area to live in and the assistance I received from the Riverton staff was phenomenal. Both Heather and Shameelah were very sociable and easy to talk to. Even before attempting to to get me into a show room, they were more interested in my needs of what I was looking for in a place to live and why; making me feel more comfortable since it was not as though they were just trying to shove me in a room to start collecting rent. ...
After agreeing to start a lease both ladies took their time and went step by step, all the while keeping me informed on what it was I needed to do next as well as what it was they were doing. They were extremely knowledgeable and were always able to answer any questions I had. Heather was especially helpful in working around the situation I was in due to the military and was extremely flexible with my move-in date which helped take a lot of the stress off of me. After signing the lease, we did the walk through of my new apartment and these ladies noticed scratches and marks that I would have never seen and put a work order in just so I would not need to worry about it in the future. Heather and Shameelah have done nothing but make me feel welcomed in the community since walking in their office, and it has been an amazing experience.

Moved in a year ago. Very clean lots of space. Big pool and love the Jacuzzi. Out of all my apartments i must say this one i actually get excited to come home too everyday. Security makes me feel safe and my neighbors are the friendliest people I have ever met. Great apartments.

Comfortability and luxury

Comfort and luxury makes the perfect home. The view from inside and out is so nice it feels like I told them how to build it. Driving in the complex your greeted by large palm trees and a black modern gate. Kitchen is very modern and very attractive made me want to be in there everyday. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large so they make furniture fit easily and still have plenty of space to move around. Appliances used daily and they are built to last so no worries. Great patio space outside so ...

Loving our Riverton Apartment

I really feel safe and love the whole complex, we are a gated community and have the outside comodities at our fingers. We have a pool and jacuzzi that is always clean and the staff is great. I love my neighbors and I really do feel at home.
