September 7, 2017My living experience at Riverview Apartments was a nightmare!! My car was vandalized by another tenant. I was attacked in the parking lot by a tenant who was angry over being evicted. People squatt in the many empty apartments and nobody cares. My apartment was absoultely over ran with mice and lizards. There was a horrible smell all the time. The place had termites and roaches.The washer and dryers in laundry dont work well at all. When I moved out on the 4th of July the inside of my apartment ...was 102 degrees because my air had been broken for two weeks. I have pictures of everything piles of trash outside, my neighbors broken window, my kitchen cabinet which fell off the wall breaking all my dishes, video of mice running all over the apartment. And after I was attacked I was afraid everyday. Please please do not rent from metrowide. They are heartless slum lords!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Close to everything!

Out with the old and in with the new
November 11, 2016With the new team set in place, it takes no time to get maintenance here. And the office staff is much more pleasant to talk to and they make sure to get things done. I wasn't sure about renewing but glad I did because I definitely enjoy the mgmt and don't feel like it will be a hassle to call and get them over here. November 7, 2016I don't normally write reviews but thought since we made our year today living here in New Orleans from a small town that I would just say how awesome it has been for us. We came have definitely adjusted to living here and have met so many people, not just in our complex but at our jobs and all of the places we have had the chance to go to since everything is so close by. We are very happy. The building is well maintained and clean. We chose this because it is bigger and nicer than anything you ...can find for the price. That being said we chose to renew for another year. The management is friendly and professional.
