I have been a resident here for about 7 years and this is THE BEST apartment I have ever lived in hands down! Erin, resident manager & Michele, VP of property have been so full of hospitality. The maintenance staff is always so prompt, polite & friendly and the area is extremely safe! Also, they do a wonderful job with keeping the grounds up and communicating with the residents about any issues. I purchased a home recently, which is why I left, but I will truly miss this place!! I have been living here going on 3 months and i am extremely happy. I always feel safe and it is very quiet and peaceful. I haven't seen any riff raff and aside from the dumpster area overflowing sometimes, it's pretty clean. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I am glad i made the decision to move here. The only downside is there is no model for the garden style apartments so when apartment shopping i did take a risk by committing to it without seeing it first, but there is a 30 day ...

Very affordable for Laurel but its a little old, and some of the appliances do not work properly.
The area is safe, but the leasing office is open only 4 days a week which makes it hard to contact them.

These apartments are in a nice spot. Close to DC without the DC prices. There's a nice river-walk behind the complex. The AC units leave a little be desired. I haven't been here in the winter but there's no thermostat in the apartment so it does have me a little concerned. I don't see any way it will be comfortable for everyone in the building.

I've been a long time resident of Riverview apartments and I still love living here. Parking is the only issue that I have experienced. No assigned parking and it gets frustrating coming home after 5pm and rarely finding anything close to your building.
