Located just west of Roscoe Village in Avondale on the river. All units have HARDWOOD floors throughout including bedrooms. HUGE upgraded kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, and tons of cabinets/storage. Bathrooms have granite vanities w/ stand up glass shower and whirlpool tub.
