The elevator @ 220 has been down for like a year if not more , the trash chutes are always out of service , not being able to use east bc management took off the handles but they can come in and out of all buildings is bs and the delivery package situation and lack of corrective action is horrible. For the amount of money being paid to live here that unacceptable imo

We moved to Riverwalk in June 2025 and we have had nothing but the best experience and Maintenance is on point and Jazmine our Asst. Property Manager has been nothing but patient, Friendly and always professional and we absolutely love the property great decision was moving here to Riverwalk

My resident experience has been great, just wish we could fix the parking situation being that i pay for parking while others park for free. Over all I have met amazing people while living here. Very helpfull people . beautiful dogs

Love it here! Its very comfortable well kept and pet friendly! The place is beautiful hugeeee spacious! I feel like im on vacation everyday lol. The roof had an amazing view as well! the apartment is also on a perfect spot in Lawrence close to everything!

Friendly staff with tons of awesome amenities! On-site parking in the garage or the lot is also a huge plus! You have 2 different 24-hour gyms to chose from to work out in as well. There is a rec room that has tvs and games to play.
