Great environment for sure! Love meeting other people who have a variety of pets too. New places opening up in the Riverwalk community is great too!

We moved to Riverwalk in June 2025 and we have had nothing but the best experience and Maintenance is on point and Jazmine our Asst. Property Manager has been nothing but patient, Friendly and always professional and we absolutely love the property great decision was moving here to Riverwalk

My resident experience has been great, just wish we could fix the parking situation being that i pay for parking while others park for free. Over all I have met amazing people while living here. Very helpfull people . beautiful dogs

Love it here! Its very comfortable well kept and pet friendly! The place is beautiful hugeeee spacious! I feel like im on vacation everyday lol. The roof had an amazing view as well! the apartment is also on a perfect spot in Lawrence close to everything!

Everything is great. But our apartment was supposed to have a door put on before we moved in but there isn’t one yet. This is a great dog-friendly apartment community!

The staff and Residents are incredibly helpful, friendly, personable, and pleasant. The Complex is well maintained and the amenities are an added bonus to a wonderful apartment living experience.

Friendly staff with tons of awesome amenities! On-site parking in the garage or the lot is also a huge plus! You have 2 different 24-hour gyms to chose from to work out in as well. There is a rec room that has tvs and games to play.

So nice and spacious. Staff is very friendly and neighbors are nice as well. Glad to call this place my new home. The gym and recreational room are nice as well.

Everything is nice. But calling and being able to reach the office is unbelievably difficult. Great amenities, but communication with the office is extremely frustrating—they rarely answer calls or respond to emails. Additionally, many of the hallways have visible dog pee stains and a persistent odor from those stains, which really takes away from the overall living experience.

Amenities are great, apartment is great. The area is very nice and for me personally i find it very convenient that the train station is so close. Only problem is have is getting a hold of the leasing office.
