Poor all around
October 24, 2025From mold and mildew to constant noise. One of the worst apartments I have lived in. After 6 months living here the gates are still broke, the security lights still do not work. I've had five Plumbing issues, my air conditioner has gone out three times, there is water damage in the bathroom, and extremely noisy neighbors. The air filter in the furnace has not been changed since March of this year. would not recommend this place to anyoneProperty Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here- positive reviews are fake
April 20, 2025Mold, air conditioner broken half of the summer, car was broken into, so many large cockroaches that I had to buy a bug net to sleep, clogged drains, broken stairs and balconies, neither pool (even though we were paying for that amenity) ever opened, the place is run down! They have remodeled some buildings because they flooded and were condemned and they had no choice. The fact that they have the audacity to charge the same as the many brand new complexes is wild. It was the worst experience ...I’ve ever had. This is your warning.Property Manager Responded

While I'm unsure of when you may have resided here, I want to assure you that we have made significant improvements over the past few years. In 2022 and 2023, we completed all of our balconies, enhancing the overall appearance of our buildings. We also opened a new building in September 2023, further enriching our community. Our pool has been open for the last three summers, and we've upgraded our pool deck with new furniture to ensure a comfortable environment. Looking ahead, we are excited to announce the opening of our river pool in the summer of 2025. Our pricing remains competitive with other properties in the area, and we have a dedicated pest control team that visits weekly to address any issues promptly. We take pride in our earned reviews and strive to create a positive experience for all our residents. Tour
June 10, 2024I booked a tour of an apartment by phone call. It seemed like I was talking to an AI assistant. The AI assistant scheduled an appointment, when I arrived at the office the person available said that I wasn’t on the list and said they didn’t have any apartments to tour. It was a big waste of my time and I am rather disappointed/frustrated.Property Manager Responded

Don't move here
November 17, 2022I forgot to put up my handicap sticker one night and the owner of the complex hired a tow company to put a boot on my car. The handicap sticker was in my seat. They wouldn't take it off until I paid the towing company $150.00. Didn't have it ...they didn't care! Wouldn't let me pay part of it since I had the sticker! They should at least work with you! That is bad business not to work with people especially when they have the hanging tag!!Property Manager Responded
November 18, 2022Good morning, I apologize this was frustrating for you, however, we have a contract with a boot and tow service. On yesterday when you contacted our office I reached out to the tow company per your request. I spoke with them and they stated you had not made contact with them. I called you back and made you aware to call them because we have no authority to make them take a boot off. At the time you were booted you did not have a handicap sticker. For the towing service you were parked in a handicap spot without proper documentation. The towing service has their towing policy which was sent to all residents Sept 9, 2022. Again, I am apologetic this happened but we have a towing policy in place so that all residents can park easily when arriving home. I tried to like it.
July 4, 2022I want to enjoy living here so much. Rent is fair priced. The location in Little Rock is good; right along the river and not too far from anything you'd want to do. That's pretty much where the good things end. The amenities are no longer in good shape. The building/apartment design is odd and inconvenient in many ways (i.e. the living room doesn't have any lighting fixtures, Small kitchen, recessed and nearly invisible front door for some(my) apartments. Many parts of the apartment were ...ill-maintained leave things to be desired. I have had so many issues with my apartment from mail delivery to a still ongoing leak issue that has been plaguing my apartment for literally three months now. In our maintenance requests they have 'resolved' the issue 3+ times saying it's been resolved, with no follow up and me having to re-create a new request for it. The electrical wiring is weird. The internet is inconveniently set up. The management on site is trying and they are very nice, but to still be struggling with an issue like a leak after three months is intollerable.Property Manager Responded

Don't Move here !!!!!!!
March 1, 2022My experience was not good at all. leasing office was really nice and collaborate until we sign the lease. windows do not open and are very dirty , Microwave is broken , garbage disposal do not work , closet door from one of the room is broken . we were told that everything will be fix before we move in but nothing was done. I put a work order since the day we move into the apartment but no one came to do any repairs and that was back in july 2021. it was a terrible experience , I will not renew ...the lease .Property Manager Responded

Used to be a great place to live. Not anymore.
October 29, 2015Recently switched ownership. I gave them some leeway during the transition. But after 4 months, incompetence still plagues what used to be a great place to live. Management generally doesn't know what your rent is. They just tell you to "pay something." If you need something from the office, whether it be a repair, a new lease, or to simply pick up a package, you will find yourself frustrated. Certainly, the employees are nice and respectful. However, that only goes so far when you are given a ...new excuse every time you inquire about something. Days go by with repeated visits to the office and I'm told, albeit politely, that things are just too busy and that I shouldn't worry it'll get taken care of. It doesn't. Ever. I truly felt sorry for them the first few months. But nothing has gotten better, only worse. The other reviews are accurate in regards to the condition of the complex. It's older, so understandably there are some things that nee repaired from time to time. This hasn't bothered me before. August 10, 2015Our complex has just recently gotten new management and owners, and almost instantly, the changes to improve the complex began. The office team is very responsive and attentive. They have started repainting each building and making repairs that have beenot in need of repairing very quickly. July 23, 2015Live in Little Rock? Tired of your living arrangement? Well look no further! Here at Riverwalk we have a bunch of different floor plans at reasonable prices! These apartments come with access to 2 pools, one of which has a perfect view of the river, 2 hot tubs, a tennis court and a fitness center. The community is gated. With visitor parking around the perimeter. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Have anything being delivered? All boxes go to the office with your mail number. So no need in ...worrying about missing a delivery. The community here is very nice. Animal friendly with dog trails and a gated dog area for meet and greets with other dogs!
