But the management staff are the ones who are responsible for all the good vibes and friendliness that permeates throughout our complex. They are ALWAYS ready to help any way they can. March 4, 2026Staff are friendly and professional. My biggest complaint? The excess of dog poop spread about the community. I have a dog and I ALWAYS pick up after him when he poops. With that said, it’s gotten so bad, that I’d be willing to pay a monthly fee to have a professional “pooper-scooper” come pick it up. They’d make a killing with how much poop they’d find here. There are always going to be entitled people who feel like they’re too important to pick up their dog’s poop, and there’s not really ...anything you can do about them. They’re sneaky. If someone is nearby, of course they’re going to pick it up. However, when they’re all alone, that’s when they just walk away. Now, as an apartment complex, sometimes you have to make uncomfortable choices about adding additional fees, but at this point, for the cleanliness of our community, it’s worth it. The Best Apartment Complex
February 12, 2026The staff here are excellent. The maintenance staff is fast and really great about fixing things and they are friendly. The office staff are the best. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS THE GREATEST. They are loving, kind and caring. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to live then Riverwalk Grand is the place for you. I have one Major regret!!!! That regret is that I didn't find Riverwalk Grand apartments years ago. What I love most about Riverwalk Grand is that the staff really and truly care ...about the tenants.
