have lived here for 7 years and without teason my lease has been terminated giving me less than 30 days to find new housing yet i am required to pay rent here? you should be ashamed of yourselves property management has done nothing to remedy poor windows and door seals. only placing hot starts on inefficient ac units. what an utter joke . ok lets rip out all the bushes providing some privacy infront of tenants windows... meanwhile ignoring the multiple reported water hammers i continue to ...

hear. yet the water bill rises and nothing done to remedy. think twice before even applying here...

The maintenance is sub par and nothing is ever taken care of in a timely manner. You’ll sit for weeks waiting for things to be done. The utility bills are insane since the windows and doors aren’t sealed properly and the only solution offered is for plastic to be placed over your windows. The office staff are never on the same page and you can get one answer from one person and another answer from someone else. Dog poop everywhere that no one ever cleans up and aggressive dogs are constantly ...

running lose on the property and nothing is ever done about it. The floors creek and make you feel as if you’ll fall through the floor. The playground is in poor repair and is never taken care of and the lawn care isn’t kept up with. Best thing we did was move.

Hello, Riverwind apartments are a very good place to live. Excellent snow removal from streets and sidewalks. Grass is trimmed often. Nice playground and pool. Maintenance needs are repaired quickly. Very pet friendly.

Riverwind is such a great place to call home. I love the staff & everyone here is so nice. The apartments are cozy and remodeled, the pool is nice too! I don't think I ever want to leave!
