Lots of issues
April 2, 2020The apartments here have mold in them. It is also hard to get them to fix anything there. They like to tell you the night before they want to come into the apartment and with a dog that makes it hard if my Fiance or I am working. The managers also have lied to me on multiple occasions and have no problem towing the vehicles that belong to the people that are paying rent there. I have told many people that have asked me about this place that I DO NOT recommend this for even someone I don't like.Property Manager Responded

My Regrets......
July 5, 2018The apartment size is definitely spacious, and the convenience of being a few minutes from I-95, however that means nothing when you have unexpected "guests" daily. So first off on the day I was supposed to move in, the apartment that was scheduled for me was not move in ready. There was mold on the walls and a huge hole in the living room baseboard from the moisture and water leaking which caused the wood to rot, not to mention the place wasn't even clean. So upon finding out all this, the ...management personnel attempted to rectify the issue by assigning me to a different apartment, and give me a two bedroom instead of the one bedroom which I was listed for originally, but charge me $60 bucks more a month. So I accepted the offer, but little did I know they were assigning me to a dungeon (basement), which was infested with spiders and slugs, and many other creepy crawlers. I leased this apartment for a year and if there was no termination fee for breaking my lease I would have moved out with in a couple of months. Needless to say I am displeased with the upkeep and quality of living that was provided by the complex. I have never dreaded going home as much as I do living here. They still haven't repaired the outside AC storage door that hasn't been closed since I moved in. Please consider other places prior to making a decision to commit to a lease with this establishment.Property Manager Responded
