June 6, 2023If you are looking for a great location to live, and do not care about the appearance and quality of your home, Riviera is a good place to live. In my experience, it is one of the worst places to live in Uptown. The units smell old, every week something break. March 23, 2023This is a decent apt for the area, but it has alot of issues that are not shared before renting or touring the complex. The water is shut off all the time, there are random guests coming and going due to short term rentals with airbb, it is super loud with landscaping and trash, and poor insulation for the outer units.
