Riviera at West Village has a great design with a safe inner courtyard, parking on your level, responsive and competent maintenance staff. Its location near the Katy Trail, inner courtyard and West Village are definite pluses. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I really cannot think of any negatives.

I love the uptown area but wanted something tucked away from the business. This community has the best location. It is quiet but close to what I need all at the same time. Anjanette and Leticia were so helpful. I will be moving in soon. Can't wait!

I am so happy to be back at Riviera At West Village. I had to move away for a year but now that im back I feel like im home. The location and staff are the greatest, but having a smart home is also amazing for so many different reasons!!

If you are looking for a great location to live, and do not care about the appearance and quality of your home, Riviera is a good place to live. In my experience, it is one of the worst places to live in Uptown. The units smell old, every week something break. Every week they need to fix the water where we don't have running water for hours.

This is a decent apt for the area, but it has alot of issues that are not shared before renting or touring the complex. The water is shut off all the time, there are random guests coming and going due to short term rentals with airbb, it is super loud with landscaping and trash, and poor insulation for the outer units. The gate to get in is nice
