June 6, 2023If you are looking for a great location to live, and do not care about the appearance and quality of your home, Riviera is a good place to live. In my experience, it is one of the worst places to live in Uptown. The units smell old, every week something break. Every week they need to fix the water where we don't have running water for hours.Property Manager Responded

The water is shut off all the time, there are random guests coming and going due to short term rentals with airbb, it is super loud with landscaping and trash, and poor insulation for the outer units. January 13, 2023I've lived here for about a year and I have loved it! The management office is very attentive and wants all residents to feel safe and cared for. The property has done many improvements in my short time being here like adding 2 gyms, landscaping, a resident quick mart - it's all great!
