      I really do enjoy living here I already renewed my lease twice and I enjoy the peaceful community we have. I noticed there was a lot of people that were making a mess and being loud and thankfully those people left. I would most likely re lease at rivue if I mg rent stays around the same and I love that it is s close to home.

      The people living here aren’t the most considerate. They’re very loud. I constantly hear my neighbors above me stomp around. Noise complaints do nothing. The staff is great snd very helpful. Maintenance is very nice and knows what they’re doing. Sometimes this place feels like a money grab with all the random things you have to pay for. I will say the actual unit and the amenities are nice and updated making the base rent price worth it. This place would get a 5/5 if the it wasn’t for the ...
