May 23, 2025Rivue Apartment Homes is overall worth coming to check out and consider as your next residence. It offers several floor plans and we enjoy its a smaller complex. Parking for our guests has never been problematic but didn't like the aggressiveness of tow company.. Our location is awesome , we can see out to the ocean and the lights from T.J .and surrounding towns near us really make this place special. Our guests most frequent feedback is how quiet and peaceful it is here .We tend to agree.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2024I have been in Rivue for almost 3 years now. Overall, I recommend the apartment complex for a relatively quiet area to live in. I haven't really had TOO many complaints. I take care of my space and don't really mingle too much with the neighborhood, so it's pretty peaceful for me. There have been a few cases of theft and vandalism on my front door, but nothing too extreme. I just wish security features were better. Rivue is walkable from a lot of things like retail shops, restaurants, and the ...Otay Ranch outdoor mall. I don't have kids but there are a lot of parks where kids can play. There are a few trails if you like walking. The units are modern style with built in appliances including washer & dryer.Property Manager Responded
