Not a great place to live
June 13, 2023This property isn't a great place to live. I recently moved out in Feburary and had to break my lease. I was told the break lease fee was $1820 and ended up paying over @4000. Property claimed I didn't clean the place due to finding a hair in the bathtub. The place has very thin walls and floors. I couldn't watch TV from the tenants downstairs talking throughout the night. It sounded like they were in the next room. Also, whenever they would cook, the smells would come through the kitchen and ...bathroom cabinets. I was going to transfer to an upstairs unit but overheard matienance mentioning a rat being in it. I'd wouldn't rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live in Lees Summit
August 1, 2022This property is a great place to live. Very quiet, clean and nice. They are updating hallways and laundry rooms. They are very considerate of the residents. Very easy access to laundry facilities and trash. The staff is very Accommodating and very pleasant to work with especially Amy the manager. Any problems are taken care of immediately! If I didn’t already live here I wouldn’t hesitate to move in.Review from Apartments.com
