This place is excellent because it is spacious and great if you are trying to raise your children in a good and friendly environment. This place is very safe, quiet, and respectful. The property manager is great. He is very accommodating towards your needs and concerns. The location is in the center of every nearby hang out area like movie theaters, restaurants, a gym and local grocery stores are walking distance. There is a nearby freeway to get around town. I was able to manage me and my kid's ...

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property manager and maintenance live on site. They are the nicest landlords. It's a quiet neighborhood. Close to I-75, shopping, and restaurants. My 3 bedrm townhouse is very spacious. Lots of closet space. Jacuzzi tub is nice. Rent is affordable and reasonable for the size of the homes. If you're looking for a home, Robin Springs is the place to be.
