unprofessional
August 18, 2021My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment and my boyfriend took a tour and they told us to put an application in even though we aren’t 22 yet but my birthday is next Monday. Then I sent them a email and they told me they couldn’t process our application until I turn 22. We got a text today saying they wouldn’t be moving forward with us because we are to young and they don’t have anything available for the foreseeable future when they told my boyfriend they had something available. ...Robinwoods will lie and tell you whatever they want and then tell you something completely different. So unprofessional and not worth living in a place with unprofessional people.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2018I have lived here for 2 years now and have loved every minute of it. Super quiet and private location, in a super good area as well. Management is always super nice and helpful whenever I need anything. Something I also love is that no matter what day or time it is, if i have a maintenance emergency then the maintenance guys are always there within an hour or two to fix what needs done. April 24, 2017We lived here from Aug 2015 to Apr 2017. We actually organised to lease our 2brm apartment over the internet and via phone as we were relocating from Australia. The realtor was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our smooth relocation process. We were not disappointed when we finally arrived as the pictures matched reality. The grounds are well-maintained, and maintenance issues are promptly responded to and resolved. We felt safe at Robinwood and central to everything in ...Stow/Kent area. Where our apartment was located in Robinwood was also pretty quiet, and the surrounding greenery made it a comfortable environment.
