Good Price
October 10, 2021I lived here from 2013-2015. I had no problems at all while living there. Safe, quiet, and out of the way. Was it old? Yes. Was it functional? 100%. If you need a safe place to sleep at night and don't mind an older-looking apartment, this is perfect. Pool was nice. Owner/ Property manager was friendly. Laundry area was always cleaned and always worked. I had no problems at all those 2 years I was there with my boyfriend. Robin wood Apartments
August 23, 2015My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 3 years. The only reason this apartment is a good choice is the location. It's right across from the USA campus. We have had several problems here. The number one is our air conditioner has never worked right leaving it getting up to 86 degrees inside during the summer. We've also been promised upgrades and they did not deliver on their promises. I would say if you are single and go to the college this would be a good place for you.Review from Apartments.com
