November 27, 2023The ladies in the leasing office go above and beyond to be helpful, kind and make sure you are taken care of at this complex (which has been going through HUGE upgrades in renovation) and gets better everyday. I’ve specifically worked with Carmen the most and she’s phenomenal, however if she is not available everyone else in the office will help out as much as possible. They clearly work as a team and I can personally say I am so happy with the management here and know they are only going to ...continue to improve the facilities as I’ve seen the progress already made in the 6 months I’ve been living here! Most horrible place to be
December 15, 2021Apartments do not look like in the pictures. Cabinets are water logged, roach infested, fought roaches for over five weeks. Due to the conditions I couldn’t keep food outside the refrigerator. I had roaches in my bedding, I’m my clothes, in my food. The place is gross. NO RECOOMEND HERE
March 8, 2021The experience here has been the worst. Employee was actually very helpful . Got us a beautiful apartment. However , theres roaches everywhere. NONE STOP. To make matters worst your own neighbors will criminally trespass your home. We are able to get out however we need to pay back 800$ out of our pockets for leaving since we got a month “free” . We arent leaving because we want to . Theres a police filed crime with a protective order in place that happened here with a neighbor thats not even ...the lease holder. We dont have so much money to throw out like that in moving and having people help us move over a crime with someone thats not even supposed to be living here. We were offered to move to the other side and I declined after looking at it , reading more reviews and having feedback from police themselves. I have cried infront of them because this situation has me at my worst & have contacted HQ. I thought we were understood but were not . Were just business to them . Theres nowhere in a contract that says we have to pay back that “free month” but thats the only way were able to get out of here . I would never recommend this place againProperty Manager Responded

Roaches everywhere
March 21, 2020This apartment has roaches in every building. Our last apartment was roach infested so after days off arguing with the leasing agents and making a complaint to the health department they moved us to a different building on the other side of the property and there were roaches in that apartment too. We’ve been there for a month and we haven’t even been able to live there. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND.Property Manager Responded

Potential resident
September 10, 2019I went looking for an apt there and I just had to write a review, your leasing agent Sesily made me feel welcomed and was very helpful and knew what she was talking about she did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions, I have been to other properties where the staff make you feel unwelcomed and look unhappy to be there. Secily was the opposite that's why I wanted write this review. I am still looking but if I decide to rent here I will definitely give Secily a call! August 6, 2019I always pay my rent online. For whatever reason I was not able to pay online and I called the office Monday to see what was going on. I did not get the service I was expecting.. wait yes I did..I got the same bad customer that I've gotten for the past 5 years. She was talking over me, not listening, talking really ugly, and she even hung up the phone! After work I went into the office and the lady at the desk had better customer service.. not the same lady.. and then an angel walked to the door ...and called me into her office. She listened to my issues, did some research and sent me away with a better feeling and her word to follow up the next morning. This morning she did just that!! She called me and after a call and a couple of emails my issue was fixed. Then.. She called again to let me know everything was taken care of!! Lety... thank you so much for your excellent customer service. You taking time to listen to my problem and then resolving it... I appreciate you! Not Recommended
March 12, 2019Covered parking $40/mo. Huge plumbing and hot water issues. Monthly insurance fees in lease DOES NOT cover tenant. Pools are closed in this hot city. Office staff IS NOT helpful and will not be honest. Ask questions or you will regret it. Don't do it!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

MY CEILING CAVED IN IT I PUT IN A WORK ORDER THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE ORDER I HAD TO GO BACK IN THE OFFICE TO DO ANOTHER ORDER IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO FIX MY CEILING IT HAD A HORRIBLE LEAK IN MY ROOF! THERE ARE POSSOMS EVERY WHERE AROUND THIS COMPLEX AND I HAD A POSSOMS COME INTO MY APT AND THROUGH MY FIRE PLACE AND I TOOK THE PHOTOS TO THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT WAS " NORMAL " ..
