The front office staff is very nice, Marc especially. The big negative here is the noise. If you’re on the first or second floor you can hear EVERYTHING above you (kids running, dogs running, furniture being moved, people in an argument… EVERYTHING). When you live in an apt some of this is to be expected, but this is next level. We won’t be renewing our lease.

We are overall very unhappy with living here. When we signed our lease, we were told that there was going to be security patrolling the apartment complex. They were discontinued without the residence, knowing. Second, there was a major wind storm throughout our state, and I noticed that there was a U-Haul and trailer parked in the fire lane, I emailed the office and April the property manager wrote me back saying that she approved for them to park in the fire lane. There has been very unsafe ...
fertilizer laid on the grass and all over the sidewalks without the residence knowing, I found out what kind of fertilizer it was and it has a big warning on the front that it is not safe for children. The communication with the leasing office has been awful. The location of this apartment complex is wonderful and very easy access to everything around it. It’s just too bad that we’ve had so many issues. It has a lot of potential.
