January 20, 2025I have lived at RockVue for almost 2 years. Overall, I have been very happy here. I feel safe when walking around the community (I am in my mid 20s and Female). Parking is reasonable, love having the amenities available to me that RockVue offers. We have made friends with our neighbors although we rarely hear them in the unit next to us! She was friendly, professional, quick to respond, provided me the information I requested in a timely manner, and followed through on all commitments. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to lease at Rockvue. The leasing application and move-in process were seamless and the apartment was in beautiful condition. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed ...from the start but nothing that was out of the ordinary for renting at an apartment. I’m very pleased with the location, the view, the community, and how quiet it is in my unit. I’m happy I rented here and would recommended this community to others. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The pool and fitness center are highlights, and I love having a dog park right on site.
