Management horrible. Rip you off your money

Please be careful reading the lease. Management just gets you for your money. Apartments aren’t worth it. U can get better for your money. RAT Infested. Elevator is slow. They won’t fix anything just patch it up. Worst experience ever

Of note, we offer free extermination services from an excellent licensed pest control company. Since Rockledge acquired 41 Main in 2019, we have installed a new heat timer system, new building water heater, new common area lighting throughout, upgraded elevator, new camera system, new intercom system, upgraded electric and refurbished lobby area with new mailboxes, modern chandelier and new marble steps. We are also excited to offer parking.

THERE IS NO PARKING. You cannot park on the street from 2-6am, 4-6pm. The hallways always smell like someone spent the day smoking there and dog owners never clean after their pets. The owner can be a little sassy when you ask questions about things that need attention.

This review was written in 2015, prior to current ownership (Rockledge). Rockledge has purchased the property adjacent to 41 Main and are pleased to announce that 41 Main offers on-site parking. We take pride in our properties and are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and convenient place for our tenants to call home.

Hi There are many changes to 41 Main Street that you may not be aware of. We now have a huge new parking facility in the back of the building. The complete building is under a complete renovation, please come and take a look. We try and respond to all of our tenants and their needs. I am sorry things did not work out the way you would have anticipated.
