September 18, 2025A couple of years ago the property was okay. Now I would NOT recommend anyone to rent here. My apartment has flooded three times due to my neighbors old pipes and washer machines. The front office does not know how to communicate properly with the tenants. Security is never around, which leads to break ins and theft.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartments
June 28, 2024I have been at this complex for 6 years. I moved here in 2018 & i was in a 2 bedroom 2 bath but it was too small so in 2020 i moved into my now 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I like my apartment. Any time i call & put in a request for maintenance, it’s done the same day. If they will be shutting the water off they send emails letting you know. The maintenance crew is awesome especially Ruben. To say the apartments are in Greenspoint i haven’t had anything bad happen since we’ve been here. Spartan is ...patrolling the apartments day and night. The only complaint i would have is the residents don’t pick up behind their pets. But overall Rockridge Springs Apartments is a great place to stay!!!!Property Manager Responded

Water cut off .. Bad services .. but customer service
March 7, 2019every week the water cut off when u try to call them then they never answer no notices if the water gonna cut off their justify that it's an old property horrible servicesProperty Manager Responded
May 24, 2019Dear resident, we are sorry you feel this way. The recent water issues were emergency in nature and not planned maintenance repairs. We did not know in advance the water would be off or else we definitely would have notified all of our residents of such an inconvenient disruption. We have resolved these issues. We promise we are doing our best. As for no one answering the phone, I could't say why that would be! We have staff there Mon, Wed, and Frid from 9 to 6 and Tues and Thurs from 10 to 6 and Saturday from 10 to 5. You can also email us at springs.manager@vscmgt.com or to contact@vscmgt.com Thank you!

SCAM ALERT!
December 4, 2015SCAM ALERT! They will take your money for an application and deny you. I have tried to get in contact with the office to find out why and they refuse to respond. They "need" $125 for a background check and an "administrative fee" but then they will deny you without cause. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the state. They list their run down apartment complex as cheap and then scam you with that fee. They won't accept a personal check or a charge because they don't want you to ...have the opportunity to dispute the charge after they deny you and ignore your calls/emails.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2015These apartments are no good they don't fix anything o been living here for a year and a half and will not be renewing my lease. Their going up on my rent and don't fix nothing. Everyone in the office has an attitude and always rude especially the office manager vanessa always rude and lies all the time. My apartment is suppose to be a 3 bedroom but its super small and looks like a 2 bedroom with a den i have no room. The ac doesn't get cool the room is peeling due to the ac leaking and I've ...called numerous times about it plus the bedroom toilet hasnt been working right sense i moved in so i will not be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded
