Roach and drug infested.... office workers falsify application for male residents they become hot and bothered over ..exchange personal cell phone numbers with married residents and form personal relationships with them

Nice place to live

Marilyn was very helpful in getting my parents an apartment. She was very patient and kind as they are senior citizens and needed a lot of help and had a lot of questions. They love their new place . It’s quiet and clean and the complex is kept up with. Very happy we found this place

Zamir is the best!

I was referred by my uncle Wilbert and I must say when I came into the leasing office I was amazed in how sweet the leasing agent zamir was. A smile that you could not resist to smile back. Zamir is great! Made me feel at home already when I have not even started on my application but I thought about leaving a review before I do an application. My uncle says the office staff is the best staff they have had in a long time since the new leasing agent came in and he could not be wrong at all. Not ...

This Apartment is very poor. It has flooded, the water goes off half the time. The apartment has roaches and needs to be sprayed on a regular basis. Not much is done around here to keep the place up. I am a senior on a fixed income and this is all I could afford on my income. I try to get the children to pick up their garbage so that the place looks nice, but it is a constant battle. People do not take pride in their homes even if they are renting. I was a home owner since 1977 and I lost my ...
home last year in 2014 because my ex husband abandoned me and refuses to pay my alimony . This apartment is so depressing. A month ago I was held at gun point as my car was hijacked in my parking lot. But thank God I am alive.
