BLACK MOLD
August 3, 2017Warning, some apartments have black mold. Even the windows do not lock and they expect you to keep a stick in the window sill to keep them closed. No screens. False advertisement of water, sewer, and garbage being included. You will have to pay 58 dollars a month for these recurring charges. No pool, sorry everyone. It looks good and after being informed the pool will be open as long as the weather permits. Its closed down in July and for the rest of the summer. Apartment was not even cleaned ...properly. Old worn out electrical covers that look about 15 years old. They do not want to fix or replace anything in the apartments. Beware of renting from this company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
