The management is horrible. Apartments have been remodeled on the outside but are falling apart on the inside.

Great first apartment

this is my first apartment, and for the money it's perfect! Washer and dryer in unit and they pay for water. All I pay for is electricity, and cable/wifi. Pool and community garden make it feel high end without the price tag. Its also close to the 20 bus and the blue line max. I would totally recommend!!!

I currently have lived here for years and knew moving in this wasn't a great neighborhood. But was all I could get approved for at the time. After almost a decade of living here I have watched the managers change every 6 months to year, owners of apt change and watched this place continuously go down hill more and more. Don't let all their little so called extras draw you in. It is not worth it. This place has made the news many times for shootings and they aren't doing anything to change that. ...
Yes there is a gate on half the complex but now instead of just half the complex being bad its the whole place. The office will NEVER answer when you call. I have been in the office and watched them just look at phone and ignore it many times. Complex has a resident service office to help tenant's but they too do nothing since the change of owners. I could go on and on about how bad this place is and so glad I am moving soon. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
