A true hidden treasure
October 31, 2025Rocky Creek Apartments will change your outlook on what apartment living has to offer. Many places claim amenities and fall very short, not Rocky Creek. From day one they have gone above and beyond my expectations of what a neighborhood environment should feel like. The property is not only upliftingly beautiful on a daily basis, the pool is flawlessly maintained (and open), as are their other social areas such as the gym, their pool hut, or even their hammock spaces for leisurely reading. They ...also periodically have potlucks and food trucks visit for those who want to try new foods! This place is a no-brainer.Property Manager Responded

Best management I’ve ever witnessed
January 27, 2025What makes this apartment truly exceptional is the MANAGEMENT! I’ve lived here for a year now and am extending my leave for another year. Big shoutout to the amazing people at the office who are always super helpful! Specifically, I want to thank Amado for always being there and ready to help when I come in with a question. But special thanks goes to Darrin. I can be frustrated about something, call him, and he immediately gives me a positive attitude and solves my problem in a matter of minutes! ...I’ve never met such a helpful and great manager and hopefully he will stay here for a while. Renters Beware
May 23, 2024Living in this community was incredibly unsafe and noisy. Residents experienced: attempted apartment and car break-ins by other residents, frequent domestic disputes where at least 3 apartments involved the police due to screaming and assaulted women, and physical and loud fights in the parking lot, all of which were disturbingly audible even inside our own homes. The sheriff was called multiple times for domestic violence disputes. Some violent individuals were even banned from the property. ...Despite these issues, the front office never intervened, simply advising us to call the police instead. Residents were forced to buy security equipment to feel safe and to avoid frequent package theft. Other disturbances added to the chaos like residents revving their engines loudly, a neighboring rooster, and nearby street races. And if the threat of violence and disturbances weren’t enough, the property was plagued by multi-hour power outages, inoperable exit gate, infestations of roaches, lizards, and gnats, and the eerie sight of trash bins left to fester in the breezeways. Renters, beware: this place is a nightmare dressed as a home.Property Manager Responded

Misleading Application Fee Sent to Collections
June 29, 2021Make sure you're 100% sure you want this place. If you apply for an apartment, pay the $75 application fee and don't sign a lease or get approved they will charge an extra $250. If you ask about it, they will ignore you and send it straight to collections.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015The apartment is alright and service is good. however stop claiming being green. The street lights starts at 6pm till 9 am. Which is wasteful. The timings should be 9pm to 7am.
