Just picked up my keys today, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Kaleigh was very helpful, had a great attitude, kept everything concise and easy to understand, and was patient while I had to spend several minutes on the phone getting a confirmation code from the energy company. The other staff member working today was also wonderful, and the person who gave my dad and me a tour earlier this week was equally friendly and professional. As a family, we feel so blessed to be a part of Rolling Pine community. I love where we live, going on 5 years. We have a two-level home with a wide open basement which has been the perfect place for our twins to grow up and run around in. I also appreciate my neighbors, we all look out for each other. A lot of them have became great friends. Our recent property managers, Kylee and Holly have gone above and beyond in every aspect, from quickly resolving maintenance issues to providing assistance ...

with rental payments during the pandemic. They are always so friendly and cordial every time we see or speak with them no matter what the circumstance is. There have been major changes in Rolling Pine since getting new staff. There's been a lot more communication, special events/fun contests, and notable physical changes to our community. A new maintenance manager was recently hired who matches the energy, friendliness and is also swift/efficient when it comes to carrying out his duties in and out of the complexes. I really hope he stays for good! I've always recommended Rolling Pines to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for the opportunity to live here.

My family moved into Rolling Pines two months ago and I couldn't be happier with our new home. Our two bedroom townhouse is comfy and cozy with plenty of storage space. Been living here since 2009. Had a 2 bdrm apartment and moved to a townhouse in 2012 when I got married. We absolutely love it here. It's peaceful and feels secluded being tucked into the woods. My kids have grown up here since they were small and we couldn't be happier with the school system, the closeness to everything, and the community feel..not to mention our nice home.
