Let me just say in the short few months I have lived here at rollingwood I have never had a more pleasant experience in my life as a renter, from property enjoyment to having a staff that cares about their tenants. It has been an enjoyable experience from the start here, when I first gave them a call from there sign posted outside street view, I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Miss Danielle, and I'm glad I did, because not only was she very friendly and knowledgeable about the properties
...they currently had available, but she was also able to give me a time span of when the next vacant units would be ready if not to my liking. She answered all the questions I had with ease, and she also made it simple letting me know what she needed from me in order to move forward. I'm so glad I did, they helped me out with my schedule when it came to taking a tour of the property, and I fell in love with my townhome the very moment I saw it. It has a spacious living room with a large ceiling, a staircase that leads to the rooms upstairs, with a beautiful bathroom. It was all in nice condition no sign of previous ownership, and I even have extra storage space downstairs in both my downstairs closet as well as my closet out in my patio, which my sons love. I'm grateful to the staff, Art and Danielle are a great team and made my transition here fast. And if there's anything you need, you can always give Danielle a call, and she will make it happen! any requests or questions I have are always answered, and I'm just happy to finally not have any problems with the apartments I stay in, its such a relief.
