September 2, 2025Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am so enjoying the Preserve Trail in the mornings and the pool in the afternoons. I love the view from my second floor apartment, especially the lovely tree right in front of all three windows. The rose garden is delightful. I appreciate the many doggie stations for bags and drop off. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Trash pick up every Monday and Thursday is a big help. The ease of deliveries right to my door is also most welcome.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2025The pool is open this year! And it's very nice. It did open 6 weeks late. That was disappointing. The lounge chairs and furniture need an upgrade. But overall, it's been great.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2025They are working on the pool! Which is great, but it will open a month late. Disappointing. It has been reported that it will be open evenings and weekends, lastvyear it was only M-F 10 am to 6:00 pm. I'm hopeful.Property Manager Responded
