Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY
June 15, 2022Don’t waste your time nor money. Place is infested with water bugs. Extremely overpriced. Property Manager tells you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. You’re paying for pest control and the guy they send out is extremely lazy will not even treat the water bug situation anymore. I had to pay out of me own pocket TWICE for my own pest control services. Moved in with an extremely filthy patio, simple paint job would handle the problem, I have been told twice that someone would ...come out to paint…nothing! When you see the price of this place ask yourselves is this something you want to deal with. They SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. Oh and yeah they don’t escalate things either, if there’s something you cannot fix for your resident then it should be escalated to someone that can actually help. January 23, 2021This has been by far the worst apartment living experience. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the units above, below and next to you. And I mean EVERYTHING. The appliances are very outdated. While they do offer big bath tubs, there is not enough hot water to fill them which defeats the entire purpose of the large bath tub. Don't stop and smell the ROSES!
January 25, 2020Oh where do I start? The management is terrible. It went from bad to just unbearable. The current staff is just the worst and the ring leader doesn't know what she is doing. She is just after your money. She'll tell you what you want to hear and never follow through. Just a few examples. I had renters insurance the entire time I lived there. Then they wanted to charge people for their renters insurance if you did not have your own. My renters insurance didn't name another occupant so they decided ...to charge me for their insurance even though I told the manager that my insurance company said all occupants were covered whether they were named or not. She said she would talk to her superior to see if they could remove the charge. Instead she cashed my check and never said anything about it. Then they moved a couple above us with two large dogs that were allowed to run and jump all over the apartment. The walls are thin. Everytime they ran around it sounded like a train. This was all hours of the night. We talked to the couple asked them if they could take it outside but they didn't. After several emails to management the manager finally came over and told us it was between us and the couple upstairs she wasn't going to do anything about it. We even tried to get out of our lease so we didn't have to deal with the noise any more. They wouldn't let us out of the lease but wouldn't do anything about the noise. Told us we could take the neighbors to court if we wanted. I'm pretty sure that is a management issue. So the time that I lived there wasn't pleasant. They don't enforce people picking up after their dogs so it always smells like dog poop. The valet trash they make you pay for is a joke. They take off holidays and whenever they just don't feel like coming to pick up. I even saw a single person driving around and filling up her SUV with the trash. It used to be a company that did it. The walkways always smell like garbage. The fire alarms are terrible. They'll go off for no reason and then they can't turn them off so you're sitting outside whenever they decide to go off and if you have pets they are scared to death. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom. When I first moved there I drove from Texas. Went to the office and got my keys. Went to move in and the apartment was filthy. Had to scrub the vertical blinds because they had a brown substance splattered all over them. Had to clean the fridge because it had a foul odor.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Staff and Awesome Place
October 22, 2018I have been living here for a few months, and I love it. The property is amazing, the location is amazing, and the office is always quick to fix any problem there might be. Emily is the one that got me all set up and I don't have the words for how helpful, nice, and understanding she was. Which is not to downplay the rest of the staff, maintenance and office staff are both full of great people. Not to mention all the perks, like how your trash is taken for you 5 nights a week. Great Place
January 31, 2017I just moved in to Woodfield Glen a couple of weeks ago and I love it here. Granted, I've had a small sample size, but I'm really impressed so far. Anytime I have had a question or problem with something in my apartment the maintenance crew has come to fix it within 24 hours. It's a great location and is competitively priced compared to surrounding apartment complexes, with much better amenities. Location, Location, Location!
August 11, 2015With many options in the immediate area, Woodfield Glen offers affordable and comfortable apartments in a desirable location. Shopping and entertainment are in walking distance with schools just a short drive away. The apartments themselves are comfortable and clean, top floors have vaulted ceilings. Like any mass produced complex, the appliances are not top grade but do just fine. Maintenance is responsive and friendly, which is exceptionally important to most people (myself included). The pool ...is small but salt water and is hardly ever over crowded. I very much enjoy the option of valet trash and consider it worth the extra fee. This is a pet friendly property and the management makes a point to focus on it during some of their tenant events, which as a pet owner is appreciated. The lease renewals are your standard increases but offer options in terms of leasing durations. Amenity fees did go up considerable with our first renewal. Front office turnover seems fairly standard and I am sometimes not sure who is new and who has left, which I don’t find to be bothersome for the most part. The staff can have an air of arrogance, which I’ve never understood but have found the same in many of my past rental property experiences. All in all I would say living here is comfortable and convenient and we are happy with our stay of the past 18 months. Great Apartment Complex
July 26, 2015Woodfield Glen has to be the best apartment complex in Raleigh, NC. On top of the landacaping being beautiful, the staff is amazing and helpful. More like a home, less like an apartment
July 21, 2015I have lived at the Woodfield Glen community for about six months and it is the first aparmtent I've rented where I cannot wait to sign another lease this winter. Besides the individual layouts, which make the apartments feel homey, comfortable, and warm, the office staff is amazing. I have had every maintenance issue delt with the day of or at least within 24 hours. They office is open 7 days a week and the staff are always helpful. The complex puts on a fun event every month and hosts food ...trucks, excersize classes and celebrate the little holidays like National Donut Day. The complex is well maintained and very clean. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Overall this is easily one of the best communities in the North Raleigh area to rent from. You will feel right at home here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
