Originally built as Chambersburg’s high school—portions dating back to 1826—the building was meticulously transformed into 31 unique loft apartments in 2021. Our Piano Parlor offers a relaxed lounge environment where you can read, work, unwind, or try your hand at our restored 1870 grand piano. The Rec Room features an 85" large-screen TV with streaming and cable, a deep leather Chesterfield sofa, Bluetooth audio, and a professional 8' Connelly pool table—ideal for hosting friends or just kicking back. All shared spaces are open to residents any time and can be reserved for private events. A dedicated guest suite is maintained for resident guests on a priority basis and is offered to the wider Chambersburg community through Airbnb when available.
