They will try to get you in by flaunting their “new” keyless door entry with smart locks and smart thermostat. Both great amenities to have but they do not make up for the lack of care for the property. There was mold in the ceiling of my building that my neighbor had reported but nothing was done about in the year I stayed there. I had no hot water for two months. Maintenance never resolved the issue I had to bring in a third party to get it fixed. The dog park near my area was closed for most ...
of my stay here due to weather damage that they didn’t care to fix. The second clubhouse is used for maintenance storage and remains empty. Laundry facilities look like they are cleaned once every 4-5 months or so they are disgusting. Staff is unavailable for any questions or concerns. Don’t bother calling the property management company because they will dodge your call until you end up paying them whatever they ask. Truly a disgusting business practice. Avoid at all cost there are better properties for the same of not cheaper than what they are asking for a “renovated” apartment.

The fact they are asking what they are for a one bedroom apartment is insane. I had no hot water for the first 2 months living here. Maintenance came out multiple times to try and fix it and told me to just let it run longer. On one occasion they asked me to come put my dog away so I left work in the middle of the day only to make it half way home and receive a call that maintenance had already moved on.Water damage on the ceiling, poor facility maintenance, constant notifications that my ...

Very unhappy with our 3 year stay here. Once they switched management they continually went down hill. Didn't care about tenants who were struggling during covid 2020 but made time to renovate the property. Lots of hidden fees, the walls are very thin we can hear the dog barking from neighbors, appliances are outdated. Everything is completely mediocre here, same normal apartment issues as well. During my stay amenities have been unable to use often (pools constantly closed for "issues"), water ...

Everything about this complex is HORRIBLE! Worst 2 years of my life. My first month there had call about my rent because it was substantially larger than agreed in lease. Problem was they lost my lease and tried to raise my rent by $300. Told me the algorithm for rent was generated by computer and nothing they could do. Luckily i still had lease agreement so they had to agree to what they originally planned to. The office lies about everything. Whether it's rent, your leasing agreement, deposit ...
etc. Anything and everything to get more money out of you. Maintenance never does there job correctly or efficiently. NO MATTER HOW APPEALING OR CHEAP COMPLEX MAKE IT SEEM, DONT FALL FOR IT. Again, they will make sure to get every dime out of you. Run from this place.

We have lived here for 2 years and can’t wait to be done. Let’s start at the beginning, we were so looking forward to moving in and then wet quickly disappointed. When we moved in the first thing we found was about 15-20 loose screws that were sticking up through the carpet as well as a nice thin layer of drywall dust. Clearly they hadn’t cleaned up after maintenance when the apartment was vacant. At the time our daughter was barely walking and found several screws with her knees and feet. Then ...
days after taking keys they started calling on a daily basis to tell us that they had miscalculated our move in fees and were in DIRE need of $8. Called every single day for a week straight until I made it into the office. I can only assume without the $8 the entire company would have folded with how often they called. Then the maintenance issues started. First it was the dishwasher that went down, sent in the request, guy was out the next day to tell us it was broke and they would be bringing us a new one. That took over a month to get during which time we received no updates on when that would be coming in. Then the furnace started acting funny the next fall. They came and looked at it, said they’d be back, and about a month later people showed up to replace the entire hvac system with with no notice. Then in the winter we had a leaky window in our daughters room, sent a maintenance request a week before we had subzero temps for several days. They didn’t come to even look at it until more than a month later. I took the liberty of buying some window sealant and doing the job myself. Fast forward to now and they are painting patios and giving residents, you guessed it, zero notice! On top of all of this the only thing I would recommend if you still plan on moving in, and get a ground level apartment, is to invest in a dehumidifier for the inevitable leaks you will have. Every time it rains we have to run ours for at least a day to avoid a soggy carpet in the corner of a bedroom. Whenever we send a maintenance request we are told they fixed it by adjusting the downspouts and gutters… run, my best advice for renters is to run, from this place and any Maxus property.
