January 14, 2025Very poor management. Do not expect to talk to the manager while living here if you need any help she will not answer. Walls are as thin as can be . Way too many fleas in the grass to walk your dogs . they paint the whole apartment before you move in and the paint chips off onto all your belonging… not to mention they painted the bathtub for some reason and starts to crack . Think twice
July 22, 2024I called to see the property no call back several times. So I thought let me go check it out. No parking, there were spots for potential tenants but those were taken by cars that appear as they have been sitting for god only knows how long, they were dusty, dirty, so look like they were not even running. So I parked across the street which can be busy and had to jay walk. Complex is gated not every secure someone was walking out and just help the door open for me. I went to the leasing office no ...one was there. I was waiting near the pool area to see if anyone one come, a nice lady saw me asked if I needed help let her know why I was there and she said don't do it your better off finding somewhere else to leave and had nothing but horrible things to say about Management and the complex. Unprofessional
January 26, 2019I called to book an appointment, as I was interested in the 1 bedroom unit available. I’m not from the area and while heading over I thought I’d call to confirm. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times before my arrival, however there was no answer until I was actually on my way. Finally I got a hold of someone and while confirming the time of my appointment I was informed that the unit was no longer available. So you don’t contact others that you set up an appointment with It is extremely ...unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a waste of my time. I have two young little girls who I had to wake up early in order to make it on time! Don’t do it
May 24, 2018Don’t do it!! tenants pay for trash, water! We have rats inside the walls and They don’t do anything !! The laundry doesn’t work almost all the time !! And only there one for the two buildings! We don’t have cable.Review from Apartments.com
