Bad service!!!
July 20, 2024Think before you move here!!! People you should know!!! and the senior management of this complex should know about management of this complex location. This complex is terrible! You will wait about six months for something to be fixed for you! For the manager of this complex, it is considered normal that your washing machine does not work for months, the dishwasher does not work, the stove does not heat, your bathtub has become rusty... I had a problem a year ago with my dishwasher when I ...called the office they told me that now there are not enough workers to come fix it, everyone is busy. 2 months have passed since the day I submitted my application and I call again and they tell me the same thing. This year I had a problem and I called the office to solve it, the answer was the same as a year ago, there are not enough workers, everyone is busy! They just don’t want to repair anything for you, they say it’s not urgent, you can go to the city washing rooms for another six months and wash the dishes with your hands, and in 5 months we may come and see how to help you, but for now, live like this. And so with everyone!!! The common grill areas have been out of service at the main pool for about six months now. And the tennis court has been closed for almost 2 years!!!!Property Manager Responded
