The approval process took longer than it should?ve. I needed to be out of my living space before January 31 and I wasn?t approved until February 1. I gave my $200 depositon December 5, 2016. Based on the application/approval process, I would not recommend this apartment community. My living conditions would lead me to recommend this apartment community.

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. They take months to come fix things in your apartment if they ever come fix it. They have stupid rules... no hanging out on your porch, no sitting outside on your cars. Don’t call for help after hours because they won’t come but try to tell you how to fix it. Also they will charge to fix somethings in your apartment.

I would recommend this community for Poole are are trying to get on their feet. But because the gate has not worked since I moved in back in February, and the two month process it took me to finally get approved would discourage a bit from recommending this community.

Even though my elderly mothers didn't sign a lease and she told them the same day that had second thoughts about moving here, they still refused to return her $150 security deposit. Also, they told her that they didn't allow pets after she gave them her money.
