DO NOT RENT HERE
November 2, 2022DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My father in law passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer and they would not make any exceptions to the lease agreement since it was only my name on the lease. This was not discussed up front and now we are left paying almost $6k. On top of that they did not respond to maintenance requests after many follow ups. Women working in the office were rude and not at all helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Rosetree Crossing II (Westover Properties)
September 27, 2015I have lived there for 16 years & everything is handled well. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment & it has all the amenities that I need. It is 12 miles from work one way & that is important to me. When you call the office for a repair the workmen are their that afternoon or early the next day. The trees and bushes in the complex make it very homey and there is a Wawa right across the street and a gas station. You cannot ask for much more convenience.Review from Apartments.com
