I'm excited to move back to Vertis
June 9, 2025I lived at Vertis for 5 years and decided I'd give this a try. I wish I'd stayed put and I'm looking forward to getting back there. I've been in Rosette for 5 months so far: Good things: - Counter tops - Gas stoves - Glass balconies - Friendly, helpful, speedy maintenance team. Needs improvement: - No options for internet and its moves like a snail at peak times. - The pool heater is broken with no timeline to resolution. - Tight parking spaces. - Elevators don't work at all in a power ...outage. What bothers me most: The poor service with leasing & management. - I had to follow up with their sales people multiple times just to get info after my tour. Very little urgency from them so I should have known what was to come. - I was lied to in the sales process about a dog park. (They said it would be outside in the back to of the building and "look like the one at Vertis" and that it completed by June 2025. It's June 2025 and there is no dog park. Supposedly they're going to put one in the parking garage. Yuck.) - They are consistently late in getting utilities into the portal so I've been 'late' paying them because they weren't there on the first of the month when I paid my bill. They have the audacity to charge me late fees even though they were late first. (They said it's their 'policy' to charge late fees regardless of when they upload fees owed, which feels like a predatory corporate policy to me). - I've yet to have a correct, complete bill sent to me on time in the 5 months I've lived here. I have low confidence that I'm being charged accurate amounts.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025Absolutely stunning. All common areas are well maintained and decorated beautifully. So far the only issue would be the countertops. They are very beautiful but they scratch/streak/spot very easily and are extremely difficult to clean.Property Manager Responded
