Poor Management/Living Environment

Management does a poor job on keeping the Building Safe, Clean and fully functioned. There is no amenities except for a laundry room with “BLACK MOLD” and 4 washers/4 dryers for a 32 apartment complex that hardly work. You report to Management and they don’t make an effort to solve the issue. It’s takes 3 weeks to a month to get your maintenance request handled. Paint is chipping/ cracked on ceilings in hallways. Management does NOT answer their phones when you need them and if they do, they give ...
you attitude every time. I would NOT recommend this property.
