July 1, 2025Maintenance Team @ Rosewood is GREAT! Quick summary: 9pm A/C went out. Temp was still over 80*. Husband has severe lung issues. James showed up. Wasn’t able to fix on the spot. Appointment set for contractor to come first thing next morning. ***Above and Beyond*** James said “he couldn’t sleep” and @ 3am he called to say he “hunted down an alternative to get my Husband safely and comfortably through the night”!! James Genuinely cared about how difficult it would be for my him w/ the temps and ...humidity still so high! Awesome guy! Thoughtful and Compassionate guy! A true asset, employee and human being! Great Place to call home

The residents are all very friendly and the onsite staff, maintenance and grounds crew are very responsive to any issues.
