    We moved into our 1-bedroom apartment at Rosina Vista in June 2022, and from day one it has exceeded every expectation we had. Between the two of us, we’ve lived in many apartments across multiple states, and nothing compares to the comfort, quality, and happiness we’ve found here. This truly feels like home, and we can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff deserves so much credit — they are warm, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time we’ve had a question or request, ...
    it’s been handled quickly and with a smile. It makes such a difference to live in a community where the team is not only responsive, but also welcoming and personable. The amenities are a dream. The saltwater pool and spa are always sparkling and inviting, the sauna and steam room make it feel like you have a private spa just steps from your door, and the gym is well-equipped for all our workouts. The community is beautifully maintained, from the landscaping to the shared spaces, and it always feels safe, peaceful, and cared for. Parking, which can be a headache at so many places, has been a complete non-issue here. Our guests have always had spots available, and the temporary parking permit system is simple and convenient. It takes the stress out of having friends and family visit. After more than two years here, we can confidently say Rosina Vista has set the gold standard for apartment living. Between the outstanding staff, first-class amenities, and the welcoming community, this has been the happiest living experience we’ve ever had. We feel incredibly fortunate to call Rosina Vista home.

    I've lived at Rosina Vista Apartments for a year, and overall, the experience has been mostly positive. The complex is well-maintained, with clean landscaping and nice amenities like the pool and fitness center. The location is convenient, especially if you commute or like having stores and restaurants nearby.     My experience at Rosina Vista has been excellent. It’s a community where my children can safely walk around with their friends. Families are friendly and respectful, but above all, the maintenance staff is quick, kind, and highly skilled in carrying out their work. The office staff is magnificent—always helpful, courteous, and very empathetic with the residents. In other words, I highly recommend it to future residents. Don’t hesitate—Rosina is undoubtedly the ideal place to live.

  • Long wait for garage repairs

    The maintenance overall is great. Both Bryan and Jamie are very helpful and handle most issues quickly. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management at Rosina Vista. My garage is in need of repairs, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have shown little urgency in addressing the issue. They only respond to about half of my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium rent and not receive basic maintenance in a timely manner. They are telling me it’s going to take a while to ...
    get it fixed. This is not ok. Meanwhile, I’ve been forced to deal with the inconvenience of manually opening and closing the garage I’m paying for. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and it’s clear that resident concerns are not a priority here.
