I have been here for about 20yrs and this place needs work. The landlord renovates after you move out especially a few of us that have been here a long time and paying a lower rent than new tenants. We are on a fixed income and cannot afford to move. I wake up everyday wishing for a miracle to afford to move into a new apartment.
