Great place to live

This has been one of my favorite apartments. Well designed, boutique, and all the neighbors are super friendly. Feels like an urban oasis and it’s located close to all the great restaurants in downtown Santa Ana. Management is also super friendly and always resolves any issues right away.

Drugs and drive-bys

The house right next to this apartment complex has had multiple drug busts since I have moved in and there has been two drive-by shootings 10 feet by this apartment that resulted in death of the two individuals. I have never been so scared to go to sleep. The owner made this place seem like a hipster haven in a small city. Little did I know I was moving into the worst part of the ghetto of this city. I am traumatized by the sound of gunshots and the endless traffic of people going into the trap ...
house next door makes me terrified to leave my house. I will be leaving this god forsaken apartment as soon as my lease is up. Please do not come here and listen to the blatant lies of the owner of this sham of a revamped apartment complex.
