I moved here from grand forks and I was staying in a hotel for the first week and we all know it gets pricey.. any who I applied with 4 applications to goldmark and rosser ave was my first pick.. it wasn't available right away but she managed to get it all cleaned the following week and got me in asap.. the process was awesome and easy. I definitely found ny home thank you guys again

It’s a great start up for young people, but there could definitely be more improvements to maintenance as to fixing up the apartment before a person moves in. Maintenance could also be more attentive to requests being made by following in an orderly fashion.

Great management and staff, move in went very smooth and they worked with me on moving day and time. The building is older but well maintained and very affordable for its age.

The community so far seems quiet and self contained which is good for the most part but I haven't got to actually walk around the property yet. Overall, I really appreciate the management for taking the time to provide a proper/safe apt for my son and I. I would be most definitely be recommending fellow friends/family to the Goldmark Residency.
