This complex needs a lot of work from trash sitting outside the dumpster, people outside playing loud music until 1-2am. Noisy neighbors. The walls knock every time you flush the toilet or get in the shower. It’s embarrassing to have company over.Management never have a solution for any real problems

I am having a lot of issues with this apartment since I moved here and seems no one really care about it. Maintenance come (when they come) 'fix' part of the problem with palliative care and next week is broken again.

Roswell Village deserves a higher rating than it has. Apartment life is always going to come with cons, as you can never choose your neighbors or their lifestyles. Roswell Village is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful! I love the people here because they are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very clean and everyone is good about cleaning up after their dogs.
