Beautiful Property and Management is Awesome
January 4, 2024This place rocks! Decently affordable for what they have to offer. They fix what needs fixed quickly. Apartments are beautifully designed. Screened in porches are AMAZING! I love it
August 18, 2023I love living here for 3 reasons. 1: neighbors are awesome!! Everyone is so friendly. 2: the dog park! July 18, 2023This community has been such a blessing for me through a stressful time of moving. I am so thankful for Hannah's quick attentiveness to make my move go more smoothly than I expected. The neighbors are amazing & have really made me feel welcomed and part of the Rowan Park family! The apartments are truly just like the pictures & are beautiful. Love it here!
November 18, 2022I have the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment layout (the Oakley) and it is simply amazing. The floor plans are way more spacious than the pictures and virtual tours display and I absolutely love my two balconies (one closed in)! Moving here from Richmond, VA, Hannah was such a joy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed before and after the move. The community is nice and quiet, but everyone you see is very friendly! I have enjoyed living here at Rowan Park! You won’t regret ...it!Property Manager Responded

A fantastic community!
November 17, 2022Here are a few things I'm most thankful for while we’ve (my wife and myself) been living here at Rowan: -We’re thankful to live in a safe community. We’re fortunate to have gates that create a presence of security, which contributes to a lack of car break-ins that are otherwise prevalent in the area. -We’re thankful for staff that deeply cares about the community they serve. We have an amazing property manager that is involved with aiding residents in finding a multitude of solutions to ...their issues. We have a fantastic maintenance man, albeit new, already showing his worth and value and dutifully repairing/cleaning/assisting residents in a timely manner. -We’re thankful for a colorful newsletter provided to our community to keep us updated with all the exciting happenings upcoming. Not only are we notified when there are pest control/painters/maintenance upkeeping on the horizon, but also informed about fun activities that remind our residents why we choose Rowan Park as a place to call home.Property Manager Responded

West Little Rock Gem
June 13, 2022Just recently moved here and I honestly cannot say enough good things about it. For one, Hannah is amazing and so kind- she’s helped me throughout my entire move-in process. She was even there for the movers because I was out of state and she wanted to save me a drive! Literally the kindest person I’ve spoken to about apartments and has really made this feel so welcoming. Second, for the price and location I say it can’t be beat. The area is like 10 minutes or less from everything you could ...possibly want (in most cases!) and Pinnacle is about 20ish. The complex itself is small, which makes it feel more home like and safe! The gate works and the area feels secure, a huge plus for me. Sometimes, there’s even food trucks! The pool is nice and not overly populated often. I would say it would be great to have some hammock poles/another community area to just hangout. All in all, an amazing place. Hannah is wonderful and so is Tony, the maintenance man. Made my out of state move a breeze!
May 12, 2022I was moving from out of state and felt like a very needy person with a lot of questions considering I could not see the place in person. Hannah was great and answered everything I asked and got my application and paperwork done without a lot of hassle. Best community in West Little Rock!
May 12, 2022If you are looking to move into this area, I HIGHLY recommend Rowan Park. I moved in from out of state, and was so nervous moving in to a place sight unseen. Out of all the places I have called, Hannah went above and beyond to help me feel so comfortable in my decision. She was the only one who offered to FaceTime tour the apartment with me. Upon my arrival, my jaw was on the ground with how beautiful this community is. I have already met all my neighbors and have never lived in such a friendly ...place! Everyone cares about you. It really feels like I have made a new family here at Rowan. So excited for my stay here and cannot wait to enjoy the pool once it opens!
