A good place to live
April 19, 2026Staff & rental process 10/10. I worked with Natalia and she did a great job staying engaged and providing answers to frequently asked questions. Friendly, welcoming, and informative. Nothing pushy, nothing felt rushed it was exactly how you want a rental process to go. They encourage tenant participation in monthly activities which I think is great for people that like to socialize with neighbors. Surrounding area, 7/10. Great area, nice and quiet and no constant traffic noise. However, that ...turn from Kirby onto Kanis is dreadful for anyone that commutes to work. That’s not the complex’s fault, just something to consider. The apartment itself is actually very good. The layout, space, appliances are all pretty good. The pictures are accurate. There’s no issue of thin walls and hearing neighbors TV/music/conversations. Any activity from tenants walking around above are minimal and not a persistent issue like it can be at other places. I haven’t noticed any pest issues and they are good at preventative maintenance here. The cons: Parking. Everything was great at the start. I’m months into my lease and now there’s extra vehicles and just recently an RV parked taking two spots. There wasn’t many spots to begin with and having whatever these vehicles here now is causing me to park near the other buildings I don’t live in. Considering that there’s cones blocking a spot, a trailer, and what looks like a work vehicle I think these things belong to the property. I’m hoping this is temporary because I take parking conditions very seriously. Enough for me to reconsider renewing a lease. The last thing anyone wants to do after working 12 or 16hr shifts is circle a parking lot looking for a spot.Property Manager Responded

It has a quiet safe secluded feeling while being conveniently located within close driving to all major Little Rock businesses. Great tour with Jalisa
October 25, 2025This property was the cutest thing! Very nice staff member who had answered all of my questions with her upbeat personality! I really liked the layout of the 2 bedroom, especially the huge master closet. Everyone including the maintenance guy said hi to me when I walked in. Jalisa for the win!
October 20, 2025The new property manager that recently took over, Jalisa, is very professional and highly driven and motivated in what she does! I’ve been waiting months for my bigger apartment to be ready for me to move in. As soon as Jalisa took over, she had the entire staff team renovating it for me and I was able to move in less than two weeks. Since she showed up, the grass has literally been greener…on account of her getting the sprinklers finally fixed. The pool is finally clean and not green, ...maintenance is finally structured and actually gets projects done. And she personally interacts with all of the tenants on a daily basis. I was considering leaving this complex, but after Jalisa took over and worked her magic, I’ll likely be staying for as long she’s here to keep this place in top shape! Love it here!
November 18, 2022I have the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment layout (the Oakley) and it is simply amazing. The floor plans are way more spacious than the pictures and virtual tours display and I absolutely love my two balconies (one closed in)! Moving here from Richmond, VA, Hannah was such a joy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed before and after the move. The community is nice and quiet, but everyone you see is very friendly! I have enjoyed living here at Rowan Park! You won’t regret ...it!Property Manager Responded

A fantastic community!
November 17, 2022Here are a few things I'm most thankful for while we’ve (my wife and myself) been living here at Rowan: -We’re thankful to live in a safe community. We’re fortunate to have gates that create a presence of security, which contributes to a lack of car break-ins that are otherwise prevalent in the area. -We’re thankful for staff that deeply cares about the community they serve. We have an amazing property manager that is involved with aiding residents in finding a multitude of solutions to ...their issues. We have a fantastic maintenance man, albeit new, already showing his worth and value and dutifully repairing/cleaning/assisting residents in a timely manner. -We’re thankful for a colorful newsletter provided to our community to keep us updated with all the exciting happenings upcoming. Not only are we notified when there are pest control/painters/maintenance upkeeping on the horizon, but also informed about fun activities that remind our residents why we choose Rowan Park as a place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Lovely homes
June 30, 2022Recently went there to visit my friend that’s lived there for 3 years now. The place is always kept up nice and love the pool. I’m in the process of selling my home due to maintenance issues and will move there.Property Manager Responded
