3 main reasons not to rent this complex: 1. Want to lose a part of your deposit then rent this apartment complex 2. Want to play with the roaches then please consider renting 3. Want a disturbed sleep with squirrels playing at midnight inside the ceiling then please go ahead and stay there Best would be to go during the day time to any of the laundromat inside any of the apartment complex and ask the people staying there and I am sure that they will add up to the above list

This is my first apartment after moving out from my parents, and the moment i came to see it, i fell in love with it. It is extremely spacious, close to all major highways and all the stores are so close by! Not only that, the maintenance is top notch. Kamil is an excellent superintendent who goes above and beyond to make sure your needs and requests are met, and they’re done in a timely manner. His wife, Julia, is also awesome since she’s always reachable and when you leave a message, she always ...
makes sure to respond back to you. Overall, the management is very reliable and i couldn’t feel safer living in this community. Highly recommended!

This place is very bad on maintenance. Laundry place is cheatting on your money and has many cockroach inside laundry room. everything take so long to fix. before you want to rent this place. please check around.
