ABSOLUTE TRASH - COMPTON/LOS ANGELES STYLE LIVING

Constant loud music and noise. Randim trash scattered throughout complex. Trash bags infested with flies/roaches/mosquitoes/ants left on front porches. Dogs and cats roam freely 24/7. Pet poop scattered throughout complex. Heavy parking lot loitering 24/7 especially late night. Loitering/sitting/playing on stairwells causing upstairs tenants to be held hostage from going to and from their own residence. Frequent vehicle vandalism. Dumpster divers from off property digging through trash bins ...
especially during morning hours. Children riding bikes/scooters/skates/rollerblades/skateboards on sidewalks/walkways preventing tenants from using sidewalks to go from and to their unit. Children playing football/soccer/baseball between buildings and not in designated play areas. Cheapest security guard company. Poor guard performance. Unprofessional uneducated guards. Below average maintenance. Decent property management. Overall D- grade living. You’re better off living in Watts or Compton.

Swimming at Royal Palms

The one thing I don't like is pool is open from 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 am until 5:00 p.m. 7 days a week. No one is allowed to swim after 5:00 p.m., so adults who work cannot swim if the get off at 5:00 p.m. Same rule applies to Jacuzzi.

This apartment building is quite and just right for all ages with wonderful staff always willing to help. Playground for the little ones, pool for all and grass all around for everyone to enjoy. Every once in awhile my family loves the environment so much all family bbq's are here out in the balcony everyone is very friendly and nice. I enjoy my apartment and love the space I have. Nelle
