March 26, 2026I lived here for 3 years. It was a great experience. Management was very responsive and helpful. The ladies in the office and management go above and beyond for their tenants. My 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious compared to some of the other apartments in the area I toured prior to moving here and the appliances in the renovated unit won me over! July 1, 2025Pésimo servicio por parte de la administración y la falta de educación, te dan un precio bonito y terminando cobrándote hasta el aire que respiras, la morena de oficina es una mal educada que se cree dueña de los apartamentos , en ocasiones llega a tu puerta a tocar con gran violencia solo por qué no le guste algo que hagas en tu apartamento, te vas a quejar a la oficina y te ignoran por completo , reportas cosas en mal estado y pasan meses sin solucionarte y aparte el nido de cucarachas que ...tienen y nunca hacen nada por fumigarte , aparte que el alquiler es demasiado exagerado para ser una zona inundable donde siempre se inunda los apartamentos de la parte baja, el agua te la cobran por triple, en mi opinión es una de los lugares menos recomendables para vivir. Was treated terribly!!
August 12, 2024This apartment complex is dishonest and vindictive. They went back and put a $265 charge on my credit report after I was denied for their apartment and already paid for the application fee. Not to mention they also sent the same to my co applicant. Essentially they are triple charging me for a denied application!! I called to discuss this on the phone with their manager and was hung up on multiple times after requesting an investigation. September 19, 2015My apartment community Royal Phoenician apartments is as good as it get here in the Greenspoint area. One of the perks I love is the ability to pay mey rent online and put in a maintenance request and check the status of my request. I was skeptical at first when looking the the old reviews by moving here, but I took a chance. I love the staff and the managment here cause they are professional, patient, and work with tenants on their issues. Chris the assisant manager has done a tremendous job ...with cleaning up and getting bad ppl out of this community. My neighbors are awesome and we all look out for each other. I signed another year here cause I know they have taken care of me....This is one of the best communities in the Greenspoint area and no they will not let anybody live here...
