I'm afraid this does come with the territory of living anywhere in MKE county, not just downtown. 4. In no way, shape, or form will we ever ask an unqualified onsite resident to assist in matters over their head, and put others at risk, let alone themselves, with their inexperience to handle a situation such as this. Upon being stuck in the elevator, we called our elevator company because they are qualified to handle these delicate situations, outside of the fire department. We've taken an old building and encouraged the ownership group to reinvest to provide a quality living, at an affordable price, in a premier, safe location of Milwaukee.
