  • Beautiful and functional

    This property is immaculate. Front office staff is kind and quick to respond. I moved from the largest one bedroom at a different property, just up the road, and Royal Vista’s largest one bed floor-plan is far more superior…& that’s because RV’s unit is 6 sq ft smaller! It actually feels bigger, to be honest. In comparison, the A2 layout is functional & well thought out. The finishes and appliances are nice as well. I’ve moved several times, over the years, & lived at many different properties ...
    across the states that are gated/multi-family & Royal Vista is definitely at the top of that list. There’s no other way to describe it, but the property is cheerful & clean. I feel at home when I come to my apartment. In recent years, some of the apartments I’ve lived at have had a gloomy/sad feeling & I found myself not wanting to come home. That’s not the case with Royal Vista.
