Don’t live here
October 17, 2022Don’t be fooled by the aesthetic of the building or apartment units. There is no proper sound insulation so it feels like you’re living in someone’s basement or attic. There are water leaks, toxic mold, and they never fulfill on their promises. Save yourself a headache.Review from Apartments.com
Great Building!
September 30, 2022My fiancé and I live in the townhouse style apartment and love it! We have so much space and the building is beautiful. Katie in the leasing office is so kind and very responsive to any and all questions. The only downfall is parking, there is not much reserved parking and there is an open lot for free parking but it is around the block so you have walk about 5 minutes to get there. Overall I definitely recommend this building!Review from Apartments.com
They Lie!!
May 10, 2022We have been living here for quite a while, and they have lied to us and charged us bogus fees that weren't within our lease. On top of that, we had water leaks, and toxic mold growing within our apartment!! Yikes!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Review from Apartments.com
